Double Duty Run

Trevor, my good buddy in the UK, is doing the Run for Moore 5K race this Sunday. There is still time to make a contribution to the Bobby Moore Fund for cancer research.

Running is a good thing, but of course, since you are here, you already know that.

Running for a cause like this is also a good thing to do.

Putting the two together is a great thing.
