Be part of a New England tradition and register with family and friends for the annual  Willow Tree Family turkey Trot 5K and youth 1K in Downtown Providence on Thanksgiving morning. The Rhode Island Convention Center will be available to all runners and spectators before and after the run/walk. Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, November 22, 2012 Family Turkey Trot 5K (10:00 a.m.) and youth 1K (children 14 and under at 9:30 a.m.) Providence RI Click here to register for the Family Turkey Trot 5K / youth 1K      Sunday, December 2, 2012 Downtown Jingle 5k (11:00 a.m.and Elves 1k (children 14 and under at 10:30 a.m.) Providence, RI All participants will receive a race shirt and JINGLE BELLS to wear in the run/walk.    Click here to register for the Downtown Jingle 5K    Both events will start and finish at the Rhode Island Convention Center. The RI Convention Center has been secured  for both events to provide a comfortable location for runners and walkers before and after the events.    SPECIAL OFFER Register for the Downtown Jingle 5K at the same time you are registering for the Willow Tree Family Turkey Trot 5K and save $10.  Simply select the option for both races when registering at either of the two websites to receive the $10 discount.
