Yes, I have been running. It has been an adjustment going back to running early in the morning now that I am back to work. I am fortunate to be able to leave later so I can run between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM as opposed to running around 4:00 or 5: 00 in order to catch the train.
Did the Summer St, Mount St, Upper Union loop this past Sunday. Will do that a couple of times to help prepare for the Thanksgiving Run in Brighton. Not that the hills in Brighton are tough but that the hill and resistance work that Summer and Mount provides will help me get into better shape quicker.
