Yes, a quick update before I get to bed. The weather cooperated, the sky was blue, the temp in the 70's with a gentle breeze, hence a really nice night to run the streets of Boston.
I was fortunate to get close to the starting line and not have to deal with navigating my way through the thousands of runners on the course, just the hundreds ahead of me.
I dropped my time almost one minute over last year. I like that. It was a comfortable run in the crowd and dropping as much as I did was not expected. This bodes well for an attack on my 5K PR in some up coming races.
