The legs felt sluggish today. I wanted to do 4 x 800 on the track but I wimped out at 3 as the times were deteriorating. I started well enough at 3:32 then went 3:39 and 3:45. Just couldn't get it going. Headed home, a two mile run and was slowing down even as I approached home.
Just one of those days. That is the key. Leave it at only ONE of those day and the next day will be better!
